Is it conflict of interest?

I just completed a couple of independent education evaluations for speech and language for a couple of school districts. They are basically 2nd opinions requested by the parents through the district. The children are both struggling to read with very poor phonological processing skills. I would love to recommend lexercise as a tool for the summer and one of the parents asked if I could see the child for the summer. I was worried about actually 'treating' the child since I am doing an outside eval for the district and did not want to compromise the assessment process as the family is going into due process with the district. Does anyone have other suggestions for how the family could access lexercise?
