At times a child will tell me they have completed a game, and can describe it to me, but no score appears for that game on the reports.

Sandie Barrie-Blackley Nancy~ The only way I know of that this might happen is is the child did not actually complete the game. If the child plays the game but does not complete it then no score will be recorded. I suggest that you create Practice Plan with relatively short game times (under 5 min. each). We recently shortened the default game time from 5 min. to 3 min. These games are demanding and many kids with processing problems can't sustain attention to them beyond a few minutes at first.
Sometimes less is more.
